In order to make our appointments and services more accessible to patients the surgery offers a variety of ways to access the surgery –
Telephone – Patients can call the surgery to book appointments 01793 522710.
Walk-In Reception – Patients can book appointments at the reception desk.
Online via TPP SystmOnline – Patients can sign-up for SystmOnline to book appointments and order prescriptions online.
Medlink – Complete online consultations and questionnaires.
AccuRx – Text service with the facility for patients to send in photographs and questionnaires.
Recalls Invites – Text invites to patients to invite them in for long term condition reviews. This gives the patient freedom and choice when the call in to book an appointment that’s convenient for them
Dedicated appointment slots – Patients can book appointments into specialist clinics
Self-bookable Appointments – Patients will receive a text from the surgery with a link to book their own appointment. The link will take the patient to an online booking system where they can search available appointment slots.
