At Eldene Surgery we strive to provide best in class patient care and focus.
I have collated our recent Friends and Family satisfaction responses which Have shown an overwhelmingly positive response with 86% of responses being either Very Good or Good.
Between 17th January 2024 and 16th April 2024 we have received 72 patient responses rating their overall patient experience at Eldene Surgery. Possible responses are Very Good, Good, Neither Good Nor Poor, Poor, Very Poor or Don’t Know.
50 Patients rated their overall experience as Very Good with 12 describing their experience as Good.
7 Patients responded that their experience was neither good nor poor (10%).
3 Patients responded with very poor (4%).
