Dear Patients,

Please be aware that Eldene Surgery will be closed on the 6^th May 2024 as this is a bank holiday.

Normal service will resume on Tuesday 7^th May 2024.

For any acute medical emergencies on the day that cannot wait until the Tuesday please contact 111 and ask to be referred to Urgent Care.
